In this week’s episode, this is basically what happened:
Something is different about Betty Draper Francis.
Could it be…
(Spoiler Alert: No. Not a Node.)
Then, Betty misses how Don used to lie to her to get her to stop talking.
Meanwhile, SCDP lands a new (old) client. Much Roger is had.
He wants Peggy to hire someone for his new account.
Pete thinks it’s totes amazing to rub a toy plane in Roger’s face.
Roger awesomes all over the place with a slow clap/dead eyes combo.
Harry & Don “hang out.”
Harry is a needy girlfriend.
Don doesn’t do girlfriends.
…or smoke pot anymore.
In synopsis:
People are making a big deal out of Betty’s new look, but Harry Crane eats 20 White Castle Hamburgers in this episode. 20.
We now live in a world where:
- Betty is considered unattractive
- Joan is gone for an entire episode
- Don flirts with underage girls at a Rolling Stones show
